Bacopa is an ancient herb used in Ayurveda for centuries. Bacopa belongs to a class of Ayurvedic herbs known as "Brahmi" which can be interpreted as "God like". This means that it has so many good effects on the mind and body that the Ayurvedic scholars have held it in high esteem.
